Monday Madness / 7pm /

Our "Monday Madness" sessions are the best way to start the week and get over the dreaded Monday blues. Our session locations change from week to week but we utilise our City centre sights to deliver a full body impact workout covering Circuits, Tabata and HIIT inspired sessions, with a few surprises thrown in. Coach Mike is the leader of this wonderful pack.
Hump Day HIIT / 7pm /
Winnall Primary School
Wednesday is our mid-week masterclass. Hump Day is a REAL problem and where better to bash it over the head than with a room jam-packed full of support, energy and laughter. Wednesday is dedicated to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and no session is ever the same as the last. Come and try a session on us soon. You won’t regret it. Coaches Mike and Andy are our Lord of Lunges for Wednesday.
Running Club / 7pm /
Various meeting points
The aim of our Running Club is to help people become more confident in running 5km and to assist those wishing to make the step up to 10km or further. Each session always includes a warm up and cool down and will have a mix of strength, speed and endurance training. We include Interval, pyramid, tempo runs, time trials and hill sessions. They will cater for all abilities as every session with Winchester Fit Club does. Coach James is our in-house Sir Mo Farah.
Weekend Warriors / 10am /
Aaaaaaah Saturdays… where it all began. The self proclaimed “Weekend Warrior Circuits” does exactly what it says on the tin. An hour(ish) of circuit infused full body-weight exercises with some banging tunes, is the best way to start the weekend. We have some great locations to use and some even better Fit Clubbers who are waiting to show you the best way to squat your way to success.
Seasonal and Monthly Sessions
Last Wednesday of each month / 8pm / Winnall Primary School
The final Wednesday of every month is a double bill for our Fit Clubbers. Wind down after the usual Humpday HIIT with an hour of Hatha Yoga with Coach Gill, our resident Yoga Instructor.
